Are they expecting something? A warning maybe? - hmmm

Pentagon Plans Test of Atmospheric Dispersion
April 19, 2004

The Department of Defense announced today that an atmospheric dispersion survey will be held in and around the Pentagon from April 19 to May 15, 2004. The survey will advance knowledge about the weather conditions and movement of simulated airborne contaminants around and inside the Pentagon. The resulting data will be used to improve, refine and verify a computer model that simulates the atmospheric transport of potential contaminants around the Pentagon.

Knowledge gained about the airflow around the Pentagon, and the associated transport of gases and their infiltration into the building, will allow the development of improved systems for protecting other Department of Defense facilities.

/snip/

The tracer testing protocol being followed is standard and has been used in other locations. The protocol for the Pentagon exercise has been reviewed by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality.

All sensors will be clearly marked as part of the Pentagon Shield exercise and should not be touched or moved.

I wonder, is there a "home kit" available for this?

Is this some sort of "heads up" ?

I am staying near a military base in Georgia right now, and I've got the headache from HELL! I'm wondering :tinfoilhat: if this little "test" has something to do with it.

2. Is the USAF behind this? They have yet to answer the questions of the
people about their behavior and response to the 9-11 attacks-it is LIHOP imo.

And, for what it's worth-what are those chemtrails all about, those go back to the President Clinton era, the late 1990's.

Chemtrails were mentioned in the original language of The Space Preservation Act of 2001 HR2977, but all "exotic weapons" references were dropped from the revision HR3616 The Space Preservation Act of 2002 including mind control.

USAF has a lot to explain to the people it didn't protect.

5. There is a NOAA picture of them being formed above Green Bay
taken in October 1998. There is silence about them, even though most people that look into the skies every now and then notice them.

I lost the link to that NOAA pic, but it is quite real.

10. uh ... I think they're produced by these things called "jetliners"
see, they make this stuff called "exhaust" which freezes in the high cold levels of the stratosphere.

You might want to try flying on one sometime
