7. I think of it more as the home office for Iraq, Inc
Russia and UK are not making these thugs BILLIONS by stealing all of their resources. See, Russia and the UK could defend themselves against that kind of pillaging, thus our embassies there are for mere diplomatic b.s.

They are gonna need all the room they can get in Iraq, to handle all that money
