'Union bosses' hamper job creation: Hudak (Ontario Progressive Conservative leader)

Ontario Progressive Conservative Leader Tim Hudak is blaming "union bosses" for getting in the way of apprenticeship positions and job creation.

Hudak said Tuesday he wants to reduce the ratio of journeymen to apprentices to one-to-one, down from four-to-one.

Speaking in Cornwall, Ont., Hudak pledged to create 200,000 apprenticeship spaces over four years.
