So, are they saying that they would fix the "glitches" by going back and have the voters vote again?
I mean, if there were glitches, sure they can fix them so they won't happen in the future, but since the glitches affected the outcome of an election, wouldn't it stand to reason that they should do the voting over on glitch-free machines?
