Election 2012: Republican Presidential Primary (plus Cain harrassment)
Source: Rasmussen

Georgia businessman Herman Cain, who continues to battle past allegations of sexual harassment, draws the most support nationally for the Republican nomination.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Likely GOP Primary voters shows Cain with 26% of the vote over former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney’s 23%. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich draws 14% support, with no other GOP contender reaching double-digits. Thirteen percent (13%) of GOP voters are undecided at this time. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
...snip...

Among Republican voters nationwide, 76% were able to correctly identify Cain as the candidate who was accused of sexual harassment in the 1990s.

Just 13% of GOP Primary voters think it’s Very Likely that the charges against Cain are serious and true. Another 25% think it’s Somewhat Likely. Forty-eight percent (48%) consider it unlikely, but that includes only 13% who say that it is Not at All Likely.

How do think Mittens feels, having worked for years as a businessman and Governor to become a "sober" choice for President, to find himself losing to someone like Cain, and having to shake hands with him at debates and say nice things about him on the campaign trail?

1. Wow. The repubs deserve Cain so much! I hope he hangs on all the way, battling the harrassment
charges to the very end, as woman after woman steps forward with more evidence. The poor delusional sheeple need to see just how far out there they are, to even consider a guy who wants to put in such a regressive tax system and obviously has problems working with women.

2. I hope so, too!
The more you read about Cain's business biography, the more you have to wonder. He was chairman of the Kansas Fed Reserve Bank? Really - and he comes up with that moronic 999 plan? He ran Godfathers from a $300MM valuation into a $30MM buyout opportunity in 30 months? Where is the media asking questions about that? And what investor group would risk $30MM with this clown leading the group? He's either a useful idiot or a criminal...or a combination of the 2.
