"Occupy" Protesters Arraigned In Brooklyn Bridge Incident
Source: NY1 News

Several dozen Occupy Wall Street protesters who were taken into custody during last month’s protest on the Brooklyn Bridge were arraigned Tuesday.

Forty protesters accepted a deal in which the charges will be dismissed if they stay out of trouble for the next six months.

The Manhattan district attorney said 17 others pleaded not guilty and may face a possible trial.

"They are insistent that they didn't do anything, that they were led into the Brooklyn Bridge arrest by the police, believing that they were authorized to be on the bridge by the police. It seems a little unfair and unjust to prosecute them for doing and following police orders," said Martin Soller of the National Lawyers Guild.

1. As suspected, weakness.
Where is George Soros in all this? The Lawyers Guild? I thought there was a system to pay these bills off. Where is the donation money going?

2. What bills?
All this says is most of the defendants chose to take the easy way out. Are you suggesting they were pressured into not demanding a full trial?

4. "the charges will be dismissed if they stay out of trouble for the next six months."
Meaning, if they don't exercise their first amendment rights.

5. Has there been an arrest for protesting....
...excepting those who blocked street traffic, tried to remove police barricades or refused to stop camping?
