Osama Bin Laden was tender and kind, Zawahiri says
Source: BBC

Osama Bin Laden has been described as both "tender" and "kind" in a video released by the new head of al-Qaeda.

Ayman al-Zawahiri, who took over at the head of the network after Bin Laden was killed in Pakistan in May, said the former leader was a sensitive man.

The video, entitled Days with the Imam: Part One, lasts about 30 minutes. It has been posted on jihadist websites.

Zawahiri said he had created the video to show Bin Laden's "human side" and tell people about his great loyalty.

23. Actually after 9/11 he gave his wives the option of getting a divorce from him
AND two of them took up his offer, for even bin Laden knew he would be living very rough for the following few years.

For example he first wife divorced him:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22768778/ns/world_news-terrorism/t/bin-laden-family-split-over-divorce/#.TsQIIT1Ftts

More on his wives, some had collage education AND he insisted that they all had some sort of Military training (i.e. know how to use a Rifle AND how to use it in a technical operation):
http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/envoy/big-love-bin-laden-six-wives-164831234.html

HE is known to have called a Step Mother of his just before 9/11 to tell her something big was happening and he would NOT be able to talk to her after the event (Which turned out to be 9/11 the message is based on a phone intercept).

13. Jeffrey Dahmer was soft-spoken and unselfish
...unless you met him on a bad day, when he might have drugged and strangled you, cut out your liver and fried it up for dinner.

15. No one is 100% evil
Although this does sound a bit like Franz Liebkind's defense of Hitler in "The Producers".

Franz Liebkind: You know, not many people know zis, but der Fuhrer was a terrific dancer.

Max Bialystock: Really? Gee, we didn't know that, did we, Leo?

Leo Bloom: No, we sure didn't.

Franz Liebkind: THAT'S BECAUSE YOU WERE TAKEN IN BY THE BBC! Filthy British lies! But did they ever say a bad word about Winston Churchill? CHURCHILL!

Franz Liebkind: With his cigars, and his brandy, and his ROTTEN paintings! ROTTEN! Hitler, there was a painter! He could paint an entire apartment in one afternoon! Two coats!
