Kerry is related to (Norway's) King Harald | Nettavisen
The Democrat’s president candidate John Kerry is related to King Harald of Norway, and according to one expert, royal relation ensures that he will win the election this fall.

5. You have noticed that Norway is pulling their troops out of Iraq
haven't you?

Connect the dots: Norway is now against the U.S. presence in Iraq. Kerry is related to the Norwegian aristocrats. Kerry has pressure (albeit small, I admit) to follow suit.

Finally, not everyone who posts information that's "anti" Kerry (and how this piece could be seen as "anti" Kerry, I don't know) is a closet "freeper." Notice, also, the article said Kerry would win because of his lineage.

11. Actually you Misunderstood My Post
I could care less if Kerry was related to any royalty. This link between Kerry and royalty just places Kerry on the same plane as Bush. For me its a non-issue, because I do know Kerry is nothing like Bush when it comes to most issues.

Unfortunately he does not feel the same about the war as some here, but his aproach is a hell of a lot better and I believe will save lives in the long run. That's with bringing the international community together to help resolve issues. Bush is totally ignoring the costs of war, because he believes he is on a mission from God.

The US is responsible for the chaos in Iraq, and I do believe there are some pretty ruthless individuals waiting for the US to leave. Just leaving would be irresponsible and naive. You don't start a civil war and then just leave. That would be immoral.

12. Dreams are always ours...
... and as Henry David Thoreau said:

"Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you've imagined. As you simplify your life, the laws of the universe will be simpler."

7. You know why stories like this get published?
Because they make the Democrat seem less like Democrats.

Reminider: we don't believe in inheritied privilege in the US.

Reminder: the Bush family is the American embodiment of the principle of inherited privilege.

No matter how close anyone is related to anyone rich or royal or both, a big reason we're voting for Kerry and against Bush this fall is because we think that it's wrong that people rule on anything but merit.
