South Africa Celebrates 10 Years of Democracy
PRETORIA (Reuters) - A proud South Africa celebrated 10 years of democracy on Tuesday, marking a decade since the end of apartheid and its first all-race elections with a presidential inauguration and parties round the world.

Thabo Mbeki, whose African National Congress was re-elected for the third time in a landslide victory two weeks ago, was expected to be sworn in for his second term of office at around 4:20 a.m. EDT, watched by over 100 international dignitaries
