Hazmat Scare at Pres. Clinton's Harlem Office
Hazmat Scare at Pres. Clinton's Harlem Office

By Jeff Pegues
(Harlem-WABC, April 27, 2004) — A suspicious package was sent to President Clinton's offices Tuesday afternoon, and hazmat teams rushed to the scene. Investigators are testing a vial filled with some sort of powder, sent to the former president's office in Harlem.

The secret service says a mysterious package was received in the former president's mailroom. An unknown powder was found inside. Initial chemical and radiological tests came back negative.

Further tests are being done to figure out what the substance may be. Clinton was not in the offices at the time.

One federal officer was taken to the hospital to be checked out.

Jeff Pegues is on the scene, and his full report will be here shortly.

3. Same guy who anthraxed the rest of Bush's enemies?
Just a suggestion. This is probably a hoax. The anthrax sent to the editor who published photos of Jenna Bush wasn't.

4. You know Bill could avoid this if he just did the following
Call the vulgar junkie, the sow(Hannity), Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorim, etc. into a large meeting place. Then whip out your member and show it to all of them, so that way they can stop obsessing about the Clinton's private parts.

8. Hope the Secret Service investigates better than Ashcroft's people

Maybe they (Treasury Dept's Secret Service) can catch this idiot and the Anthrax mailer, since the Justice Department is all worried about other issues like Internet porn, illegal downloads, identifying anti-war protesters...

10. And of course the FReepers are saying its cocaine.... interesting
Because, they are just so fucking stupid that they will accuse Dems of anything and everything, wildly and without any foundation.

But you take someone like Bush, who has definate history of alcoholism and drunk driving, as well as the strong likelyhood of a cocaine addiction, and they just say that such claims are "rediculous slander".

Idiots

16. In a vial?
How effective would a biological agent be in a vial? Would the attacker expect someone to say, "Hmmm. What's this? I better open it and sniff it and taste it."
