Bush: U.S. to Take Whatever Actions Needed in Falluja
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush said Wednesday U.S. military commanders would take whatever actions are necessary to secure the besieged Iraqi city of Falluja.

Bush said there were "pockets of resistance" in the city, but insisted that "most of Falluja is returning to normal."

He said U.S. commanders in Iraq have the "authorities necessary" to secure the city of 300,000, where U.S. Marines hours earlier launched a fresh air and ground assault.

Looks like they have a green light, no matter what Kimmitt keeps saying about a peaceful resolution. I have a bad feeling about tonight. :(

bombed, there wouldn't be an ounce of normalcy. How can he say that most of Falluja is returning to normal? I am so sick of this shit!

I saw a guy on CSPAN Sunday who use to be a spokesman for Bremer and he was actually saying that "girls are on the streets in Iraq buying ice cream".

I kid you not.
