News of the Cheney interview, confirmed yesterday by a government official who was briefed on it and who refused to be identified publicly, comes on the heels of last week's disclosure that President Bush has lined up a private attorney in case special prosecutor Patrick J. Fitzgerald seeks to question him about the public disclosure last summer of the identity of CIA employee Valerie Plame. The grand jury investigation, now in its sixth month, has for the most part been conducted in extraordinary secrecy because it involves a national security matter.

1. We know it was Cheney's Office of special Plans

that dropped the name.

What most people don't know is the damage it caused our fight against terrorism and efforts to stop nuclear proliferation.

It was interesting how the administration loves to scare the American public with talk of a possible "Dirty Bomb" being used against us. It was Valerie Plame's work that was attempting to prevent terrorist from ever acquiring those nuclear materials in the first place.

All the while as the Bush administration clearly wish to be perceived as the best for the job on the War Against Terror. They have been one of the largest contributors to enabling the Terrorist in their efforts.

They screw over someone working deep undercover to find WMDs for them out of spite. Vindictive little shits they are, I hope this finally convinces people that they are a bunch of criminals!

They knew the whole time there were no WMDs in Iraq

But the threat of nuclear materials coming out of the now defunked Eastern Block countries is still a viable threat. Just now we have severely diminished capabilities to track and stop them from falling into the wrong hands.

This is like a win fall for terrorist trying to gain nuclear capabilities. Especially as Al Quiada struggles to get back on the feet after having their collective ass wiped so bad in Afghanistan. The deployment and detonation of such a device would give them supreme status among the league of Martyrdom
