Peace activist loses application for Bush arrest warrant
RE: Bush visit to Ireland

http://www.unison.ie/breakingnews/index.php3?ca=9&si=57319

"A 34-year-old peace activist has failed in a court bid to secure a warrant for the arrest of US President George W Bush when he arrives in Co Clare tonight. Eoin Rice was seeking to have Mr Bush arrested for crimes against humanity. However, the presiding judge at Richmond District Court in Dublin rejected his application on the grounds that the allegations were of a political nature. Mr Rice, from Newry in Co Down, said he now planned to carry out a citizen's arrest on Mr Bush at Dromoland Castle this evening."

The Green party have made up a 'mock' arrest warrant, but this guy has actually attempted to do it for real.
