What are they?
I thought they went out with no fault. Haven't heard of anyone being charged with adultrey charges in about 20 years.

I remember the military trying to charge someone else with adultry sometime last year. I don't remember the specifics, but I'm about 90% sure that my memory is correct.

They may have dropped the charges later though. It seems like they keep this around (at least sometimes) to have a handy charge to lay against someone in the absence of any conventional wrongdoing. Mind you, for Ms. England there is no lack of more pertinent charges that could be laid.
