Funny that the "leader" whose emergency headquarters in Building Seven WTC was inexplicably destroyed is going to advise others how to protect their assets.

<Sabre's decontamination of U.S. Postal Service mail-sorting facilities in Washington, D.C., and Hamilton, N.J., cost a combined $220 million. But the process caused metal in the buildings to rust, including mail-sorting equipment, wiring, computers, railings and the heating and cooling systems.
Postal officials spent an additional $30 million to rebuild the interior of the Washington building, which reopened in December, and say they expect to spend an extra $25 million on the New Jersey facility before it can reopen in early 2005.
"We practically replaced the whole building, everything in the building," Postal Service spokeswoman Deborah Yakley said of the Washington facility. <snip>
