Clintons to headline Kerry address

Appearance intended to boost Bush challenger

BY STEWART M. POWELL
Hearst Newspapers

WASHINGTON — The most famous tag team in U.S. politics — former President Clinton and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton — will address the Democratic convention in Boston this month to give presidential challenger John Kerry a boost and seek support from women, minorities and younger Americans, convention planners said Tuesday.
(snip)

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, a member of Kerry's convention team and a former U.N. ambassador and energy secretary in the Clinton administration, said the former president would address the opening night of the convention July 26, along with former President Carter and former Vice President Al Gore.
(snip)

Kerry and Edwards will dominate the final two nights of the convention with back-to-back acceptance speeches crafted to give the Democratic ticket a post-convention "bounce" before Republicans seize the limelight by nominating President Bush for a second term at the GOP convention in New York beginning Aug. 30.

Former Sen. Max Cleland, D-Ga., a decorated Vietnam veteran who lost his legs and an arm in Vietnam, will introduce Kerry, a former Navy patrol boat skipper who received a Silver Star, a Bronze Star and three Purple Hearts for combat service in Vietnam.

1. I don't think Dick Morris is going to
think this true. See if you can pry those toes out of his mouth and ask him about it. Or, even better, check with Ruppert Murdoch to make sure this article is true. EVERYONE KNOWS President Clinton and Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton are for Bush. lol :)

2. Morris? Toes? Oh, Noooooo!
He's considered a real authority among right-wing cable creeps, it seems. I guess it never occurred to any of them that he's so hacked at former President Clinton for not trying to bail him out that he's been on a mission of extreme revenge from the very moment he was outed. Sheesh.

I actually heard the big psychotic pig Rush say that the Clintons DON'T want Kerry to be elected because it will interfere with their plans for putting Hillary in the White House.

3. yes,
That's what they say. Sounds pretty disrespectful to me. But our side doesn't fight back. But it's hard I know. We don't really get a forum. The debate is framed in a way that you can have a whole show on whether Clinton is really for Kerry or he's for Bush. And no one will say, that's despicable to even suggest that. Yet, even though Bush is a product of Rove, even though the man is a complete fabrication of himself, not only are there no shows to discuss for a half hour whether he is who he says he is, if anyone even dares to suggest what is true about Bush, they are immediately silenced. During tonight's nightly dissection of John Kerry on Insanity and Colmes, when the young lady who was up against Ann Coulter tried to make points for Kerry by bringing up Bush (you know that other guy who is running for President and has a record too) she was immediately told to stop, and that references to Bush would not be tolerated during this segment on Kerry. Of course, as we know, there will be no segments on Bush.
