evidence to sue the American Press under the RICO Statute? Why don't any 'liberal' guests on Whore shows bring this up?

I saw the American 'Whore' Press say yesterdays bombing was the first since the LOL handover. If that is true, which I doubt, why aren't the publishing #2 and #3 today?
