Egypt Says Hostage Freed, Now in Embassy
BAGHDAD (Reuters) - An Egyptian driver held hostage by guerrillas in Iraq has been freed and is now in the Egyptian embassy in Baghdad, diplomats in the embassy told Reuters on Monday.
Guerrillas had said they would release the hostage after his Saudi employer promised to stop doing business in Iraq.
