Sen. Clinton: Bush has "dithered" on terror funding
http://www.wstm.com/Global/story.asp?S=2081786

TROY, N.Y. New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton says President Bush has been an ineffective leader who "dithered" in supplying anti-terrorism money to the most threatened states.

During a stop today in Troy in upstate New York, the Democratic senator said that after the Nine-11 attacks, the president could "have gotten any amount of money" from Congress, but failed to come up with formula of how to distribute the money.

A spokesman for the Bush campaign called Clinton's comments "nothing but reckless partisanship coming from yet another John Kerry campaign surrogate."

Bush campaign spokesman Kevin Madden says President Bush has "nearly tripled the amount of funds devoted to homeland security."

2. The Republican fascists already hate Hillary. So...
we should just use her as the leading phalanx in our attacks and counterattacks in the senate -- piss the Repukes off even more.

3. Tripled the money, eh?

I guess it's safe to assume that this is bullshit. One is inclined to wonder just what else would come out of the mouth of a ChimpCo. campaign spokesperson. Or maybe Kev just forgot to say that money promised to HS went elsewhere? Nah, couldn't be..

5. Look where the money went
Battleground states like PA and Ohio.

What the hell is worth spending billions on in those two states?

Not the mention the billions spent in Florida.

Bush has shortchanged important states like NY and CA, Democrat states.

And then there's Wyoming, the state which has received the greatest amount of DHS spending.
