President Bush to visit Ohio for children's games, fund-raiser, bus tour
http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/news/politics/9228047.htm

President Bush and Democratic rival John Kerry are each planning trips to Ohio in the next couple of weeks, their campaigns announced Friday.

Bush will travel to Ohio on July 30 to speak at the International Children's Games, headline a campaign fund-raiser and kick off a bus tour July 13, White House spokeswoman Claire Buchan said.

Kerry's trip with vice presidential nominee John Edwards will be part of a two-week coast-to-coast tour through 21 states via bus, train and boat. The tour starts July 30 in Florida and includes stops in Zanesville, Ohio, and Bowling Green, Ohio. The date of the Ohio visits and other details were not immediately available.

Bush will talk to about 3,000 young athletes who have traveled from 150 cities in 50 countries to compete in the International Children's Games and Cultural Festival in Cleveland. The festival has been held each year since 1968, but this is the first year the games will take place in the United States.

2. President Bush to visit for children's games...
Hmm. I hope he's able to keep up in Chutes and Ladders and Tiddlywinks. I think they might be beyond his level.

3. heh heh (evil snicker)
I know for a fact that Bush hates kids. He's said the meanest things about his own kids.

On his birthday which was almost forgotten because Kerry announced his running partner on that day, there were reports of kids singing 'happy birthday' to Bush. He kept asking them to stop it, but I guess they thought it was a joke.

He meant it.

Heh heh.. have fun, George.
