But bulk of money is still invested in the West

ISTANBUL - Wealthy Arab businessmen may be investing more at home because of increased economic opportunities but the West remains the main destina- tion for a massive amount of their capital.

Funds are no longer flowing out at a fast rate as domestic economies and the landscape of private wealth in the Gulf are beginning to change, according to a recent study by London-based Arab financial consultant Nagib Baroudi.
