The crowd instantly shouted Dan Rather, the embattled CBS anchor.

"If I had my way I would take a page out of Donald Trump’s book," she said, referring to "The Apprentice," the NBC reality show where a contestant is eliminated each episode. "And I know exactly who I would fire."
