U.S. Military Deaths in Iraq - 1,058 members of the U.S. military have died

As of Monday, Oct. 4, 2004, 1,058 members of the U.S. military have died since the beginning of the Iraq war in March 2003, according to the Defense Department. Of those, 803 died as a result of hostile action and 255 died of non-hostile causes. The figures include three military civilians. p]more

GAWD, I hate this war. There was NO reason for it whatsoever. It's all dirty tricks and no one is being called on it.

needs to be a MAJOR attack on our troops over between now and election day. I'm talking 500+ dead. It would be tough, but like some say about Hiroshima, it would save lives in the end if it would help Kerry get elected.
