4. Cute excuse...too busy campaigning.
It's obviously BS. A very extensive physical takes, at the most 5 hours. It is a bit mysterious why he would want to postpone it. I would think it would be a good campaign item...a positive "Look I'm in great condition".

13. They could do it on Air Force One. It wouldn't need to take any time
away from campaigning. I think it's the amount of medication he is taking because of the campaign. Better campaigning through chemistry.

5. this is bull.
We (the American people) are entitled to know whether he is mentally and physically fit for office. Got my mind made up about the answer to the first question, and am waiting for the second.

7. This is bull shit...
<"The president, like other Americans, talked with his doctors about when to have his physical. They felt it was perfectly fine to do it later this year," said McClellan. "The president is an active person who is physically fit and in great health." >

...so we just take their word for it?!?

11. Snip
JoFerret- please offer the readers of LBN a snip of the article you are posting.

WASHINGTON (AFP) - After undergoing his annual medical check-up in August 2001, 2002 and 2003, US President George W. Bush (news - web sites) has put the procedure off this year until after the November 2 election, his spokesman said.

Bush, locked in a neck-and-neck race for the White House with Democratic Senator John Kerry (news - web sites), is in "great health" and got the green light for the decision from his doctors, spokesman Scott McClellan told AFP.

"This has been a busier travel period for the president than the previous three years," the spokesman said.

12. His Bradycardia [spl] looks serious.. resting heartbeat is 45..not enough
to run the brain sometimes.. he probably got those marks on his face from standing up too fast then falling down when he blacked out...

I wouldn't doubt he is on speed during the debates, noted impatience, to get his heart up fast enough to run his 91 IQ.

i think he needs the pacemaker for that really bad but cant look vulnerable before the election...

26. Many Nixon supporters
refused to admit that they supported old "Tricky Dicky" after Watergate went into full-swing! It was beautiful!

After the despair over Nixon getting "4 more years", watching him fall was especially sweet.

Many of the people who voted for Nixon could not believe the extent of the corruption in his administration. I never could figure out why! It was all so obvious to so many of us.

The big difference is that the Bushista's make Nixon and his crowd look like amateurs. And Nixon supporters were appalled at his criminal acts. Bush's supporters do not care that he is so totally corrupt.

Very sad!

Like it takes so long to have a physical? Maybe Shrub could've put off one of his fishin' trips or a bike ride or two to go to the doctor!
