(Maine Supreme) Court hears Nader case; to rule by Tuesday
AUGUSTA - A ruling is due in less than a week on the Maine Democratic Party leader's appeal to the state supreme court to remove Ralph Nader from the November 2 presidential ballot.


The court, which usually sits in Portland, was in Augusta to hear arguments Wednesday afternoon and took the matter under advisement. A ruling is due by Tuesday

People have already begun voting Absentee. What will happen to those votes if we win and Nader's name is removed?
