Senate moves forward with corporate tax cuts

After a day-long attempt to delay action, the Senate moved forward Sunday with debate on a $136 billion corporate tax cut package.

The bill would repeal an export tax break deemed illegal by the World Trade Organization and replace it with a host of cuts for specific industries and special interests.
