While President Bush promised Americans that Canadian help was on the way to deal with the U.S. flu-vaccine shortage, U.S. health officials say that's unlikely.

'Cooperation with Canada would help us realize the vaccine necessary to make sure our citizens have got flu vaccinations during this upcoming season,' Bush said during Wednesday's third and final presidential debate in Tempe, Ariz.

Just like third world countries. Good job Bush. You claim to be a macho defendor but you don't even have the smarts or savvy to see to it that this country has an equal protection to the flu as other industrialized nations have.
