Consulting firm sues accuser (Sproul says employee ripped up reg. forms)

Consulting firm sues accuser

A Valley-based political consulting company filed a defamation lawsuit Friday against a Nevada man who accused employees of throwing away Democrats' voter registration cards.

A lawyer for Nathan Sproul, company owner and former chairman of the Arizona Republican Party, claimed that Eric Russell, who worked for the firm in Clark County, Nev., may have ripped up the voter forms himself.

According to the seven-page lawsuit filed in Maricopa County Superior Court, Russell was fired for falsifying his time cards and being verbally abusive toward a supervisor at Sproul & Associates Inc.

thing happening in Colorado, to which the Republican response is this is coming from a "disgruntled ex-employee", and now we hear the same out of what, Nevada? What the Hay? What state is next? How many states have the same problem. We Dems are just too damn nice.

We just don't know how to play fair, "Republican style".

5. It's a SLAPP suit
How typically Republican. Use "trial lawyers" to cover your own misdeeds and try to make sure no one else in need will be able to get one.

6. These guys should be suspended immediately...
Interesting article about all of the activities regarding Sproul and Associates... HERE from the LA Times reprinted at CommonDreams.

CBC's Radio program As It Happens on Friday had an interview with the Oregon librarian that discovered the AmericaVote's scam in Oregon... Meghan O'Flaherty is a hero!

They're should be an injunction against them immediately until after the election

9. IF Republicans win in November...
(which isn't likely - Democrats get out the vote better on election day) by a margin of less than 3%, it will be ONLY because of massive disenfranchisement. It won't be legitimate.
