U.S. Planes Strike Falluja, Zarqawi Arrest Denied (here we go..)
BAGHDAD (Reuters) - U.S. warplanes struck suspected rebel targets in the western city of Falluja late on Saturday, killing three people, but officials denied a report that Jordanian militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi had been captured there.

...
The U.S. military denied reports by Kuwait's official news agency KUNA on Saturday that Zarqawi and nine other militants had been captured by U.S. forces during raids on homes in Falluja on Friday.

"We have heard those reports and we do not believe they are true," Lieutenant Colonel Steve Boylan, a U.S. military spokesman in Baghdad, told Reuters.

1. sad

American bombers attack targets in Falluja - an industrial city of some 300,000 people - almost on a daily basis. They struck again at around 2245 (1945 GMT) on Saturday against a checkpoint manned by militants loyal to Islamist figure Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the US military said in a statement.

"The terrorists operating this illegal checkpoint were heavily armed and were using the blockade to disrupt traffic, intimidate and harass local citizens and interrogate and detain local civilians," it added.

"The checkpoint... was considered key to the Zarqawi network's ability to control movement into and out of the city." Three people were killed in the US attack, a Falluja doctor, Ali Hayad, told AFP news agency. He did not give details.

Earlier on Saturday, US artillery shells killed a girl aged three in the Falluja area, whose body was later filmed by Reuters television in hospital in the city.

Three other children and a woman were wounded.

2. Much better choice than Osama, if you notice, photos of Zarqawi
released by Washington are all quite different. Almost any middle aged male with a "Middle Eastern appearance" could be chained and paraded on CNN, whereas Osama's appearance is somewhat distinctive, the "fat Osama" production was a flop even with regime loyalists.

Of course, in reality, Zarqawi cannot be arrested

3. But wait ...Zarqawi is not and has never been in Fallujah
snip...
Last week, U.S. Military Intelligence report found that Abu Mus’ab Al Zarqawi wasn’t and has never been in Fallujah. However, the Bush administration and the U.S. media insist on spreading the lie that he’s hiding there in some secret location.

For this is the justification the U.S. occupation forces use to terrorize the people there, just as Saddam would terrorize the Kurds and Shi’a, and Israel is terrorizing the Palestinians. The same scenario keeps recurring—create a lie and keep spreading it everywhere untill everyone believes it.

Last week, not only have dozens of people, including women and children died in the U.S. strike, but also the U.S. “precision bombing” destroyed a popular kebab restaurant again claiming that Al Zarqawi and his associates were meeting there. Again still using the same lie; not only the owner but many customers were enraged because all that were in the restaurant were Fallujah residents, innocent civilians—not Al Zarqawi.

Also, Fallujah residents have taken control of their own town, but the U.S. keeps saying that “terrorists” have control of the town. And no less than the U.S. puppet, Allawi has demanded that the Fallujah leaders to hand over Zarqawi or the town will face major offensive.

5. If you were Zarqawi, you would have been dead for at least
6 months. It is convenient for this admin to keep him "alive". I wouldn't be surprized if they announce sometime soon that they "good intelligence" that the boogeyman is in Iran.

According to reports at the time (there exist contradicting reports), al-Fallujah's Mujahideen Shura Council went to war with al-Tawhid months ago, and the latter lost. I don't know if Zarqawi actually exists (never seen a single audio or video of this guy that was clearly what it said it was and that's quite a talent for a guy who's everywhere & nowhere), but his group 'Jama`at al-Tawhid wa al-Jihad' geniunely does (mostly based in Germany before the war broke out and they got a new raison d'etre) and they limped out to Baghdad and some smaller villages instead. That's why the recent beheadings take place near Yusufiyah, up north near Bayji or al-Mosul (by other groups then, usually) or some Baghdad neighborhood and not Fallujah. The quisling dog `Alawi probably passes him daily and would never know it, assuming composite characters have a routine..

The crusader forces know this, and just use the lie as a convenient excuse to terrorize al-Fallujah because it the freest and most orderly town in all of Iraq. All of those women and children that are martyred practically daily ARE, however, obvious remnants of The Zarqawi Network and NOT just the victims of a campaign of terrorism by foreign fighters (the irony of that wail--a foreign occupation force whining about "foreign fighters"!). That's what makes him so sneaky: the kids are the real brains of the operation. So, the USAF pilots and chain aren't murderous cowards for striking families at night, they're just reluctant heroes doing what they can to democratize Iraq and stuff.

all these phantom attacks. Then once he was established as 'the one to get', voila! "We got him!".

No he looks nothing like bin Laden, but a new devil is just as good as an old one, right? Will he ever be allowed to speak out if put on trial? Hell no...wouldn't want that. Ain't that right Saddam?
No trials allowed. Or maybe the reports are true and Zarqawi is already dead. So it won't hurt him a bit if he dies twice...the second time with headlines.

11. My feeling is that he's been in Guantanamo since 9/11
Maybe 9/12. That way they could blame anything that goes wrong on someone else. Because the Almighty knows that Shrub hasn't even made three mistakes in the past three and a half years. Then he could even be the the hero in October '04 for capturing a top terrorist. That's why we're in that country, right?

At least if I was a careless, stealing, lying, money snatching right-fingertip sonofabitch, that would have been my plan.

12. Zarqawi is Goldstein.......
20 years and counting since 1984, the Bush administration has maybe created another evil villian that can trace its origin to one George Orwell and the villanous Big Brother......
