US air strikes hit Fallujah
United States warplanes have unleashed a series of strikes in the rebel-held city of Fallujah on buildings which the US military claim are linked to Islamic militant Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's network.

"Several Abu Musab al-Zarqawi safe houses and weapons storage facilities in southern Fallujah were struck this evening as part of continued operations to thwart the Zarqawi terrorist network plans to attack the Iraqi Government and its people during Ramadan," the US military said in a statement.

The statement made no reference to any possible casualties in the attack.

1. Sure they know where the "safe houses"
Thats why they use high altitude bombs instead of simply driving there and rousting them. We won though, you know?
