President Bush said on Tuesday that Democrat John Kerry has no plan for the United States beyond a "long list of complaints" as he rumbled on a bus tour into two states, Wisconsin and Iowa, that have not voted Republican in 20 years.

With Election Day a week away, Bush criticized Kerry at every stop of a long day of traveling by bus, mostly through a rain-soaked land of dairy farms and cornfields in western Wisconsin, an important swing area that provided the margin for Democrat Al Gore's narrow victory in the state in 2000.

Bush told an enthusiastic crowd at the Grand River Center in Dubuque that he has a "positive and optimistic vision for the country," a comprehensive strategy for victory in Iraq and in the war on terror and on improving the U.S. economy.

"My opponent has no plan, no vision, just a long list of complaints. But a Monday morning quarterback has never led any team to victory," Bush said.

What this "reporter" fails to mention is the one thing that makes all these appearances by Bush utterly worthless to his own campaign. I will insert the important fact omitted by this "reporter" whose real calling is in a McDonald's:
