I got freaked out about 12 years ago at the Macy's at Lenox Square Mall b/c they had these giant tv screens surrounding the escalator that were showing a bunch of half-naked kids talking about how "Tommy" they felt. They had this creepy music in the background - but the Wal-mart image is much worse - sort of like that assembly line in Pink Floyd's "The Wall"!

I would think it would be economically wise not to do such a thing as this. They need to be pounded like Sinclair.

EDIT: Lets all go to Walmart on election day and then request to see a manager and tell them that that propaganda station is offensive to us...if they refuse walk out and tell them that is the last time you'll come there...if they change it...grab a shopping cart and walk around for awhile without buying anything.

(My mom works there, so don't yell at me)

Anyway, if you count my car and my mom's car, I counted 7 cars in the parking lot that had Kerry/Edwards stickers. I counted ZERO Bush/Cheney stickers. This is in a very conservative part of Michigan.
