Official: Arafat Doesn't Have Leukemia
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

Filed at 11:56 a.m. ET

PARIS (AP) -- Initial tests show that the ailing Yasser Arafat does not have leukemia, a Palestinian diplomat said Saturday, as doctors tried to determine the Palestinian leader's mysterious illness.

Doctors have ``excluded for the time being any possibility of leukemia,'' Leila Shahid, the Palestinian envoy to France, told reporters.

``We can say his general condition between yesterday and today ... is much better both physically and psychologically,'' she said in a brief statement. She refused to answer questions.

6. stomach pain, nausea, anemia: can be acute/semiacute Arsenic poisoning
Arsenic, though should produce enough other signs/symptoms to be at least suspected--including a metallic taste/garlicy smell to the mouth and changes to pigmentation and to the fingernails. But, it does cause red cell hemolysis, can cause confusion and utlimately convulsions, along with gastrointestinal pain/symptoms.

11. Arafat is a pussy
Scum like that (Israeli double-agents) will stick around till hell freezes over. People like the chimp and Arafat never die unless you pound a wooden stake through their chests.

Poor little Yasser had a stomach ache so he pretended he was really sick. After a few rounds of champaign in Paris the Israelis will let him crawl back to his little hole and fermet some more. Thus giving them further cover for destroying "Yasser's people". Works for Ariel and it works for Yasser.

The only people this doesn't 'work' for are the Palestinians, who think a demon is "their leader" but are too ignorant to see him for what he really is.

13. Israeli double agent?
He screws his own people for decades so naturally he's working for the Israelis?

The Jews are behind every bad thing aren't they? Come on, admit it. No Palestinian is smart enough or strong enough to be corrupt on his own. He has to be a puppet. This keeps the Jews the bad guys. It's a bit racist on all counts, but that's no biggie.

Why do you need that?

12. Parkinson's disease, No Poison
Edited on Sat Oct-30-04 12:33 PM by elf
my mother lived almost 15 years with Parkinson's.On Sept.10th 2001!! I had to fly to Germany to get her into a hospital. She couldn't swallow anymore and got a feeding tube.
Her mental situation also went down in a few weeks. That was exactly what Arafat is showing now. These patients go down fast to less than a baby.

I stayed with her for 7 weeks, to settle her in her home with a special bed (floating mattress) a feeding computer and nurses to help her. She couldn't leave her bed anymore. My family in Germany and my father, her husband for 60 years, where also with her to help.
This year on 4th of July!! she passed. For me Sept 11th and 4th of July became in many ways very special.

Arafat shows the same, he is waving and blows kisses and has this mask face, it's all the same.

If he returns, they can take care for him at his compound. It's a question how strong his heart is until he is able to die! It's very sad to go like this, but the mental status is also very merciful, they don't know whats going on. It's very hard for the people around!

15. in some cases
the doctors say, one is not dying from Parkinson's, but the heavy medication has strong side effects. And in some cases Alzheimer's follows. They are still not sure, if there is a connection

THEREFORE STEM CELL RESEARCH !!!!

early treatment helps to survive in an easier way.

16. Yes it effects the brain
the transmitting "Dopamine" is not produced anymore. You have to imagine a car, where the motor doesn't get the wheels running. The connection is missing.
These patients can't get the signal to their limbs to move. But that is only the way it starts.
