HOUSE WATCH-9/3/2003 (#1)

The House convenes at 2:00 PM.

The following measures will be considered under suspension of the rules:

H.R. 1572, the Winston E. Arnow Federal Building Designation bill
H.R. 1668, the Ed Edmondson United States Courthouse Designation bill
H. Res. ___, Congratulating Lance Armstrong
H.R. 2309, the J. Stephen Horn Post Office Building Designation bill
H.R. 1533, the bill to amend the securities laws to permit church pension plans to be invested in collective trusts.

All votes will be postponed until 6:30 PM today.
