CNN/USA TODAY GALLUP Poll: Bush, Kerry split six key states
<snip>

In the battleground state polls, only in two places did a survey indicate a clear advantage to a candidate, given the same margin of error. (Opinion poll figures)

Those states were Wisconsin, where Bush led by 8 points, and Minnesota, where Kerry led by 8 points.

In the other states, Bush had leads of 2 points in Iowa and 4 points in Pennsylvania. Kerry had leads of 3 points in Florida and 4 points in Ohio.

The figures were mostly the same among registered voters, except in Pennsylvania, where Kerry had a 2-point lead.

1. Kerry will take WI, IA. PA for Bush is ludicrous. What a joke.
If these are the last six "battlegrounds", Kerry will sweep them. Bank it!

10. I never felt WI and MN were that different...
I am having trouble understanding a sixteen percent swing between them not that the states won't go opposite directions.

I know we in Wisconsin drink a LOT and that might cloud our judgement somewhat...

6. Gallup is into Damage Control...
trying to regain its credibility, so its final nos. won't be as ridiculously far from the actual result as earlier polls had them. Still, Gallup has a way to go... (no way does Bush win Wisconsin by 8 percent)

7. The Freepers are losing their mind over this poll
and I guess the only poll that will show Bush winning for those losers is pullitoutofmyass.com.

Even Faux' poll shows a tie between Kerry and Dickwad.

9. It's from Gallup. Assume a built-in bias toward Bush.
Quinnipiac -- the best poll for PA -- puts Kerry up by several percent. Zogby puts the races closer and actually credits Kerry with taking the lead in some of those states.

So much weight has been put on the polls in this election that if this horserace doesn't match at least one poll, the pollsters are going to have hell to pay.

Which I would happily support :)
