Hungary is cool to U.S. idea to train Iraqis
http://www.iht.com/articles/108628.html

BUDAPEST A U.S. plan to send 28,000 Iraqis to Hungary for police training will not work because the country does not have the facilities for them, Hungary's prime minister, Peter Medgyessy, said Tuesday. snip

Last week, Bernard Kerik, then the top U.S. official at the Iraqi Interior Ministry, announced a plan to send up to 28,000 Iraqis on a staggered basis to the Taszar military base in Hungary. The plan was described as an emergency measure to address the security crisis in Iraq.

Kerik, who has since left Iraq, told The New York Times that he had received permission from the Hungarian government for the plan and that the first Iraqi police cadets could arrive in Hungary within four months.

But Medgyessy said his government had never formally discussed the idea with Washington and learned of the details of Kerik's plan only from news reports.

5. LOL, Kentuck very funny!
Really, though, have you ever seen such schemers in all your life? I mean, my brain gets dizzy when I think of all the innuendos, plots, "alliances", sub-plots, plans, subterfuge, counter-plots, cemetery plots, etc etc etc.

It's just unreal. You just watch them dig deeper and deeper holes for themselves. They're jerking the entire world around.

I would say the one country is India, which has very politely told them, "NO".
