Some 1st Cav Soldiers Face Longer Tours Of Duty In Iraq
http://www.kwtx.com/home/headlines/1148251.html

<snip>

About 3,500 soldiers in the 2nd Brigade of Fort Hood’s 1st Cavalry Division are among the U.S. troops whose tours of duty in Iraq have been extended by the Pentagon.

Another 3,000 soldiers from the 1st Infantry Division will also face a longer stay in the country.

The Defense Department will keep the troops in Iraq until after the Iraqi elections, now scheduled for Jan. 27.

The soldiers were told about the extended deployment on Thursday, according to a senior Defense Department official.

They should have known by the example shown of the 1AD, but, if they voted for the chimp anyway, some people were just born to suffer.

Yes indeed, one can lose a couple of eyes or a leg in this cluster fuck too.

Then they will see how President Cheney's VA will treat them like washed up garbage.
