Fraud File: Ohio Challenges Continue

WASHINGTON — The Ohio Supreme Court issued a 4-3 ruling late Monday that gives a partial victory to Republican poll watchers who earlier had been denied by two federal judges.

The court ruled that state law allows one challenger per political party at each precinct. Republicans had registered its challengers at the polls by precinct, but Democrats had registered one challenger at each polling place. In Ohio's most crowded areas, like Cleveland, more than one precinct can be found in each polling place, meaning Republicans could have a numerical advantage in the number of challengers present.

Republicans persisted and got a partial victory but still the Supreme Court didn't let them have their total way!!!
This sucks!!! But I still think Ohio is going Kerry no matter what the Repubs do!!!

Actually if anybody can explain this ruling a bit better I would appreciate it???

2. Zogby was 1.5 Million votes off in California in 2000

4. Actually early this AM the Polls were showing Ohio for Kerry
If Ohio was all Bushes then why challenge voters!!!

I think Ohio is getting Tampered with already!!!

John Dailey said on his show the Buck Eye state and Florida may have much in common!!!
