Sudan army surrounds Darfur camps

Sudanese government trying something while the world's attention is elsewhere?

The Sudanese army and police have surrounded refugee camps near Nyala in Darfur denying humanitarian agencies access, the United Nations says.

"They were surrounded by army and police. We fear the people could be forcibly relocated," World Food Programme's Simon Pleuss told Reuters.

The move comes as fighting is reported 20km north of Nyala.
