4. I think you are mistaking Native Americans

with people from India. S. Dakota has a large Native American population. There is a certain % of white folks there that don't like or associate with Native Americans, and I am being generous with this statement. It is there that repugs were following them and taking license #'s, intimidating them, etc.

He came to this country via Texas, so he is well acquainted with what he called the Bush crimminals. He told me that he thought Bush was an idiot. Made my day.

The Muslim vote went 70-80% for Bush in '00. In '04, only 2-7% are voting for Bush. Considering an estimate that there are 250,000 Muslim-Americans in Florida, we may have just turned the corner!

My parents came here in the late 50s, one of the early ones. LOL.

My dad has been calling me hourly with updates (my folks live in MA). My parents voted McGovern way back when, I still remember how upset he was when Nixon won.

Lately he has been saying he never thought he would see anything worse than Nixon...he was wrong.

A very highly educated Indian-American. She is still not a citizen, but her father is big-time Kerry and she says all the people she know overwhelmingly go Democratic.

She said the only ones who seem to go to Republicans tend to be the very wealthy. Gee, now wonder why that is?
