3. VA has 4 members on Judiciary 2 Dems and 2 W's

and they will hopefully pay attention to this in a few months if and when the media and the public picks up on this issue.

Papertrail and verifiable "receipt tapes" were suggested in my county of Fairfax and laughed at by our elected Democratic officials and we ARE in the majority here.

VA will have a paper trail bill in the 2005 session and it could get some life but I doubt it in the most conservative legislature in the nation.

This issue will never reach or become a Roe versus Wade drop dead platform issue until 2006 and VA does have 2005 elections
