OK, this is Ukraine and not the US, but it's a reminder we don't have to sit at home and let CNN tell us what we can and cannot do if it turns out the election was stolen.

KIEV, UKRAINE -- Tens of thousands of supporters of presidential candidate Viktor Yushchenko filled the city's main square Saturday in a nationwide protest over alleged election fraud.

Vote results from the Central Election Commission showed Yushchenko trailing Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych in last Sunday's race, but final results have not been announced.

Yushchenko's supporters want a recount, claiming he won 300,000 more votes than Yanukovych.

More than 30,000 people waving orange flags--Yushchenko's campaign color--filled Kiev's central Independence Square to hear popular rock bands and await speeches from the candidate himself as well as Socialist Party leader Oleksandr Moroz and other politicians.
