NY's Rangel Recovers from Knee Surgery

WASHINGTON (AP) - Rep. Charles Rangel, D-N.Y., will return to work next week after taking a few days off to recover from knee surgery, a spokesman said Thursday.

Rangel hurt his knee while on vacation in August in the Dominican Republic. He had surgery last week after returning to the United States. Rangel will resume his duties in Washington next week.
