11/16/04 DOD:INDIRECT FIRE ATTACK KILLS ONE (#1195)

LSA ANACONDA, BALAD, Iraq – A 13th COSCOM soldier is dead and one is injured as the result of an indirect fire attack on their convoy near Q West at approximately 10 a.m. Nov. 16. The injured soldier was evacuated to a military medical facility.

The name of the dead soldier is being withheld pending next of kin notification.

4. God, I hate this war!

Attention anyone here who voted for Bush: This is an awful, ugly, shameful war, killing thousands of our troops and thousands upon thousands of Iraqis. Oh, but they're the enemy, right? Is this how you justify your vote for this miserable excuse for a human being who now remains our "president"?

Sorry...end of rant. I know there's nobody here who voted for Bush. Lots who had their votes stolen, though, I'm guessing. Just felt the need to vent against this ongoing sad and horrendous chapter in history.

God help us all.
