Now Playing: 'Anybody But Dean, Part 2'

This is a head's up, for those who believe that the Clintons are a benign influence in our fight to get the dem party to represent something other than Bush lite. Duplicity is the watch word.

1. I don't trust a single lying word out of Howard Fineman's mouth
If this hit-piece of his is correct, why the hell would Harold Ickes, close personal friend and employee of Hillary Clinton, endorse Dean?

Fineman is a cheap whore who tries consistently to cause dissent among Democrats. You're free to pay attention to his garbage if you like, but your wasting your time.

2. The main reason I've supported Dean since he first announced
his candidacy last year was because he's terrified the DLC. That he was able to build a huge grassroots organization has only increased my support.

I long ago gave up expecting a politician or other official to be all things to me. Stupid has lowered my standard sufficiently that I long for an elected leader who can utter a simple declarative sentence, avoid annoying allies, and correct mistakes when he makes them. Dean exceeds all these qualities. Shoot, I even agree with him on a few things.

He's the best short term hope we have to oust the Democracy Losing Committee. If they succeed in installing another one of their right wing milksops, we'd better get used to being out of power permanently.

4. I feel better knowing the DLC opposes Dean
More of the same at the DLC does portend us being out of power. You only have to look at how the DLC has done so far to recognize how much we need a change.

At this point, I'm for anyone the DLC dosen't like...

3. Well Harold Ickes endorsed Dean so the Clintons must have decided
Dean was "Da Man."

As usual Slimeman picks up his info from the Repug Watercooler where he hangs around hoping for tidbits of gossip he can weave into his Newsweek articles along with the usual Repug "Talking Points" he receives in his e-mail every morning.
