Ron Paul {R} Tx continues to speak out...
Last of the Patriots....unafraid to challenge the busheviks ... droppping hints about Totalitarian amerika if this sinister agenda advances..

4/6/05 before US Congress
"The information Congress was given prior to the war was false. There were no weapons of mass destruction; the Iraqis did not participate in the 9/11 attacks; Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein were enemies and did not conspire against the United States; our security was not threatened; we were not welcomed by cheering Iraqi crowds as we were told; and Iraqi oil has not paid any of the bills.
Anyone who questions the war risks being accused of supporting Saddam Hussein, disapproving of democracy, or "supporting terrorists." It's implied that lack of enthusiasm for the war means one is not patriotic and doesn't support the troops. In other words, one must march lock-step with the consensus or be ostracized.
Our government fails to recognize that legitimate elections are the consequence of freedom, and that an artificial election does not create freedom. In our own history we note that freedom was achieved first and elections followed - not the other way around.

Protection of life and liberty must once again become the issue that drives political thought in this country. If this goal is replaced by an effort to promote world government, use force to plan the economy, regulate the people, and police the world, against the voluntary desires of the people, it can be done only with the establishment of a totalitarian state. There's no need for that. It's up to Congress and the American people to decide our fate, and there is still time to correct our mistakes. "

Liberty sacrificed for security...BUMMER!!

1. He's one of those wierd people you really strongly dislike but
find yourself agreeing with often...He's more libertarian than classic conservative and I am a social libertarian so we're not really 100% enemies.

4. He isn't afraid to speak out
Saw and read his speech before Iraq war and was impressed, a Republican! Sometime later caught him on C-span and he was once again making sense. He sounds more like a Dem. Don't know anything about him otherwise.

9. While some of Paul's views are extreme, he has sized-up this regime
to a tee and it is a shame the MSM and we the people either just don't get it, are willing accomplices, or just don't care.

10. I agree with both your comments..
I think most of DU and MANY other blogs realize that the USA that we once loved Hitler planned a 1000 yr reich.

What is this most villainous group in US History
Most US residents are complicit in their lack of concern about the extreme nature of Occupant bush and his international power elites.

I think that the bush crime family syndicate{I do mean every one of em} has sold this USA to foreign investors and bush plans to walk away with huge bags of loot while the US will collapse into the 3rd world category.

BUT it ain's quite accomplished..and they still fear the masses and of course the dissidents...
