"Ms. Machado is a highly intelligent and brave Venezuelan who firmly stands for constitutional rights and democracy for all Venezuelans"

"Mrs. Machado represents a significant number of Venezuelan citizens who are not happy with Mr. Chavez' policies."

Normally I wouldn't find it necessary to re-state facts.

However, in this case I feel I must bring up the issue once again ... especially after having found out that certain anti-democratic (opposition-led) events may occur in Venezuela in the near future ... some of which may involve acute violence.
