Bush lied -- people died! (Sierra Times)
<snip> Bush lied -- people died -- and the media and Congress were obviously complicit and still are. The only explanation for their unwillingness to act is that they were in on it from the beginning. Otherwise, why is not the media demanding Bush's impeachment for perpetrating this fraud on the American people? Why is not Congress beginning impeachment proceedings for this unwarranted, unConstitutional and unjustified war built on the lies and deception of the White House warmongers?

Bush can no longer blame "bad intelligence" from the CIA. The intelligence was correct -- there was no threat. But once tweaked and rewritten and bolstered up by rumors and innuendo --'fixed,' as the memo states, Congress bought it, hook, line and sinker. It wasn't true. It wasn't bad intel. It was an outright lie. <snip>

But where's the anger from Congress? Where's the outrage from the media?

Only conspirators remain silent in the face of such compelling evidence. <snip>

Exactly. There are a lot of powerful people complicit in this mess, the truth will come out. Let us hope it is somewhat quicker than the revelation of Deep Throat.

2. Wow! I haven't visited there for a long time.
I had gotten tired of hearing complaints, yet support for Bush over any Dem alive. I poked around in their Sagebrush Saloon forum and it looked a bit refreshing. I even saw a comment that said something to the effect that they didn't agree with Dems very often, but they'd take friends wherever they could find them. They seemed to like Galloway and there are repeating some of the DSM points.

Maybe it's worth a read now and then to see if they change more.
