Resolved: Buliding an amusement park on the Supreme Court's Personal Homes
Seeing as the Supreme Court said it was a-okay to build commercial ventures and force people to move from their homes, I thought we ought to develop an amusement park over their homes in their honor.

The name of the park is the "Supreme Amusement Court"...

Roller Coasters: "Capital Punishment" and "Judgement Day"

Log Ride: "Row versus Wade"

A free fall ride called "Descending Opinion"...

vertically Spin ya upside-down ride called: "Balance of Powers"

Horizontal spinner that makes ya puke called: "Lawyers Bill"

Swing rides called: "Hung Jury" or "Swing Vote"

Entertainment for the kids: A dancing dragon named Antonin Scale-yuh and a spactcular water fountain called Billy's Rainquest

Cafeteria: "The Judicial Brunch": Serving Gin's Burgers, Warren's vegetarian Burgers, and Breyer's Ice Cream, a chocolate cake called "Justice is served".

Sound appealing so far?
