Blair's holiday mystery tour leaves Britons ungoverned but unconcerned

London: Where is Tony Blair? The Prime Minister has left London and gone on holiday - that much the British public knows.

But exactly where is Mr Blair, one of the most prominent public figures in the world, the leader of Britain's 60 million people, the steady hand behind the Government's response to last month's deadly Tube bombings?

....

Yet on Saturday, Mr Bush, too, was pressed about how he could be taking five weeks to ride bikes and nap while his occupation of Iraq has turned into a fiasco.
"I think it's also important for me to go on with my life," he said, "to keep a balanced life."

....

But Mr More said his absence wasn't felt a bit: "This shows we don't really need him, doesn't it?"

5. He has spent Summer holdiays before in Barbados

and it was reported on the Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation web site that his family had arrived in Barbados on August 04. So my guess is that's probably where he is.

Aug 04, 2005
The family of British Prime Minister Tony Blair arrived in Barbados this afternoon from London for a summer holiday on the island.

The family arrived amid tight security but it's not known if the British leader, who met with the protestant leader Reverend Ian Paisley at Number 10 Downing Street this morning, is here.

6. Blair see's Bush's Cindy problem - decided not to reveal whereabouts?
fearing the Brit's might take a cue from Cindy Sheehan at Crawford and camp outside with DSM posters. Bush & Blair, they actually took vacations at the same time, thats deep!
